Image Ready Help

Stayed out of the pub and started playing with Image Ready. Finally sussed out how to create my first moving avatar! Now I want to do better!
Can anyone recommend a good "Idiot Guide" for Image Ready?

Mr Tickle,

when posting a picture, don't use the 'preview' function. For some reason this deletes the picture.....
