As an ornament in the dining room of Thomson Manor, it would be nice, but in reality, whats the feckin point of making something which cannot do the things which its meant to.
Fair-do's, its got a motor and 2 wheels, and a seat? which, combined, allows it to be called a motor cycle, but its about as far removed from the concept of the motor cycle as a rotovator.
Get rid of the motor cycle connotations, and just call it 'art piece with a round rubber thing at either end and a potentially noisy thing in the middle' and it would be fine.
These 'arty' folk who waste their time making things like this are no better than the Arsehole Tracy Emmen (at least her unmade bed could still function efficiently as a sleeping device).
Slightly off-subject but ...
...Celebrities should be renamed 'concepts'. The look fairly similar to real human beings, but cant perform most of the functions which the species was designed for.
