End of last week when I pushed the right hand side indicator switch nothing would happen. A few presses and some cursing and it would work. This week the problem reversed as in now it switches itself on and won't go off :blast

Holding in the cancel button for a while switchs it off eventually but only for a short while. Phoned SWB Hertford and bike now booked in to get the switch replaced. I sprayed some contact cleaner and put some air into the switch as well to make sure it is dry but obviously it is knackered.

My fuel light and count down function also stopped working just before the 6k service which was supposedly fixed but it wasn't. SWB confirmed they identified a software problem with this and will do the update to see if that sorts it. I know it is a silly thing but for a couple of grand bike the basics certainly have to work properly.

Spotted some wear on the coating of the fork stanchions, they will check that as well. I did check for play but could not notice anything remarkably. The fact that the coating is wearing off must surely be a sign that something is wrong

That's it not a rant just some notes for the next peson to see....move along nothing to see here :augie :D

I've just had my left indicator switch replaced under warranty, exactly the same shit you described!

The coating on the stanchions also rubbed off, and now the same is happening to the second pair!

I give up...

It may have to go soon.....I need a van!
