Hi All,
I've been looking at this for a while now on my 2002 F650 Dakar
but can't find the fault so I'd appreciate any help please.
So far I've:
- Checked for obvious earth problems including detaching rear wiring loom and each individual front indicator.
- Tested voltage output at battery at 3,000 rpm when fault observed but voltage remains constant
- Changed both the black relays & the large Green relay behind panel next to battery
- Jiggled the thick wiring loom at the head stock, frame points and fuse area but no change.
- Checked earth connection to side of engine and checked to see if earth from battery is carried ok (as far as I can)
- All other functions appear fine.
Any help, as I say, would be gratefully appreciated. Many Thanks
