A year ago I purchased a textile Dainese Jacket and Trouser set from Infinity which initially performed really well, but has started leaking recently. I called Infinity and they said that they would have to send the items back to Dainese in Italy for them to test, before deciding on what they would do. They estimated that the Jacket would be away for a few weeks which would be a real pain, but not Infinity's fault.
Today I decided to bite the bullet and take the jacket and trousers down to them. I explained the problem to the manager, Terry Bell, and he repeated that the correct course of action should be to send the garments off, but then after a short chat he surprisingly offered to exchange them for me
After the Dainese gear failing, I was not too keen to go back to them, but in this situation, I could hardly complain about getting a new set of gear, but no!!!! Terry offered a complete credit at the original cost against anything on the store, and without being pushy he recommended Rukka. We had a look at the range and some if it is very expensive, but I went for the lowest cost option to upgrade to. What topped off the whole experience was then Terry even offered a discount to help the process.
I have to say that the result was way beyond my expectations and whole heartedly recommend this store and their managment.
Oh - and I am well chuffed with my new gear
