tiny piece of plastic broke on my S1 visor - it's about a year old and scuffed / well used . . . .took it to infinity - although they were not sure if warranty covered it they agreed within 30 seconds to replace it with a new one there and then - no receipt necessary - they didn't have one in the store so the guy phoned round starting with the closest branch till he found one - then told them to put it aside - i now have a brand new visor - despite them not being sure if the one i took back was covered by the warranty -
goos service indeed.
