Innovv K3 fitting.

Evening all. As the thread title says how have you fitted K3's to your GSA's. I'm OK with the wiring, just wondering where people have put the main unit and the power box. Loads of vids around for the LC models but I couldn't find anything for the air-cooled.

I was thinking about putting the main unit on top of the airbox in the narrow gap between it and the rear of the fuel tank. Protected from the weather there even though it's waterproof anyway. At a bit of a loss for the power unit, not many places on these things. Under the rear seat plate is all a bit grubby, the tray under the seat has something on it already.

Just wondering what others have done.

All tucks away nicely under the rear seat, easy access for changer SD or removing for download etc

Directly on to the big silver plastic plate under the rear seat?

Not a K3 but my controls are sat under that silver plate just tucked behind the canbus socket. The wire for the rear camera then runs under that back plate and pops out next to the rear light cluster.

Did think about there but it looked a bit grubby. They are IP67 so guess they should be OK. Good to hear from someone thats done it and as it's a K2 I expect it's been there a while on yours. Cheers
