Was just about to pick up the phone to order my Remus Revolution & Y piece after reading the numerous articles detailing the advantages when I came across comments about invalidation of insurance, & BM insurance not covering any performance enhancing mods.
Now I'm afraid I'll be paranoid every time I ride my bike if l fit the aforementioned mods. What does everyone else do? Has anyone else told BM insurance about these mods & what was their response. I'm not bothered about major top end power gains but would like to get rid of the noticeable dip in the torque curve to improve midrange & crisp up the throttle response. Am l correct in my thinking that even if your insurance was invalidated for yourself & bike the third party aspect would still be operable - or is that pie in the sky!
