Intel Turbo Boost Technology Monitor 2.0 Stopped Working

For no apparent reason for the last few days I have been getting this error when booting. I remember an Adobe Flash Player Upgrade installing about the time the error started, could that be a cause? The laptop is still working fine. How do you restart the monitor and what could be the cause? Is it a problem?
