Interesting article "Why Morocco Has Remained a Safe Country for Tourists"

Great couple of articles, having visited Morocco a few times (and back again in April), I have never once felt threatened or unsafe - :thumb

Interesting that ..... Im with you Button....i went into Rabat, Casablanca, Essouira, Ouzazate, Zagora, Chefchouen....etc and only found friendly people...thought Casablanca was a shit hole but no prob with locals... Cant wait to get back in March /April.....

But then in contrast there is this article. I for one felt perfectly safe in Fez last April, it's a bit grubby in places but not scary at all.

I've been dozens of times since 2003 and never felt intimidated, friendly folks everywhere. I'm going back with a group late April and very much looking forward to it.
