Hopefully this (3rd) time - the above should be openly accessible & you can navigate from there.
The weather forecast on the day would have kept any sane person off a mountain - it's not as if Storm Frank was not widely & accurately predicted.
Mountain Rescue etiquette dictates that I say no more about that event other than apologising for posting dud links.
