Interesting routes through t'Dales!

Thanks to all for the help re B&B in the earlier post. Now looking for some suggestions re less well known routes from west (the lakes) to east (Reeth).

Any suggestions?

you have to do the A683, from kirkby Lonsdale, to Kirkby Stephen, starting at Devils bridge, before you get to Kirkby stephen, take the B6270, all the way to Reeth
