Internal adjustment Autocom 200

Hi what's this internal adjustment able to do????? a note is written in the manual of the 200 kit but no pics????

Could solve the problem i have with a mates kit, he can hear his music and sidetones nice and loud but not the Bike to Bike radio's. I have made sure the volume on the radio is turned up full but he says the B to B is very faint, so are there any internal adjustable settings inside his Autocom 200???
