IOM Classic TT in Aug 2018

Cannot believe it, managed to book ferry tickets to see the classic TT 24-28th Aug, cannot find accomodation for three blokes anywhere. Those that have space want us to book for a week minimum. anyone got two spare rooms!! otherwise we are camping and I am getting too old for camping.....

anyone booked and can no longer go?

Be warned- the Classic TT / Manx GP is now as popular as the main TT.

Tried using Homestay - 50% did not even bother to reply, most had no vacancies despite the website saying they did and those that did insisted on 7 days minimum - Can't say I blame them, demand is that high, however £850 for three blokes to share a house with a family of four and their cats for a weekend seems a bit steep. One B&B wanted £1500 for the weekend!

Got a hotel via booking.com in the end, F'ing expensive, but hopefully worth it.
