Ipod touch..

tempted by the 'apparent' usability of one of these:

Q is:
the girls run there ipod from my pc!

Is it possible to run 2 instances of itunes without it throwing a wobbly and mixing all the songs etc together?

i don't want to be listening to Alex' Burke (nice legs mind) or Beyonce!!

Basically i want my own itunes bit to sync' to my touch??

It's like this .....

your iTunes library holds all the songs you've put there.

Set yourself up seperate playlists, ie, Dad, Daughter 1, Daughter2 etc etc.

Each of you can now drag the songs you want into your respective playlists. Note, They stay in your main library but get copied into the playlist.

As each of you plug in your iPods set it to sync from your respective playlist only.

Simples!

. . or you can set up separate libraries. If you hold down the shift key when you double click the iTunes shortcut it brings up a window to let you chose which library you want to open. Try it.

Probably simpler to use playlists as described above if that's all you want to do.
