Is anyone shipping to Canada?

Hi guys, not sure if I should post here or in the travel section, but here goes...

A couple of friends of mine have recently sold up and relocated to Canada, unfortunately they traveled ahead of their belongings and ended up getting ever so slightly screwed by the international removers who decided they just wouldn’t try to fit everything in the container and would leave some of it behind. It’s all a bit stupid, but the long and the short of it is they are over there now and some of their stuff is left here (I don’t know exactly how much only a few items I think) and the shipping company aren’t interested in helping.

My question is three fold

Is there anyone here;
1. shipping anything out to Canada in the near future?
2. with the space to include some or all of these items??
3. willing to entertain the idea???

At this point in time they don’t know I’m suggesting this here and the chances are they would rather sort it out themselves (I think some if the items have a lot of sentimental value), but I can’t see the harm in asking…

If anyone is shipping or has any suggestions, please let me know.

If/when visas arrive sometime soon (although it's taking an eternity!) we are heading West and would like to help if possible
Q1: Which part of CA are they?
Q2: What sort of size of stuff are we talking about?
We will be very very tight on space

Hi Atkule, they are in Regina, Saskatchewan.

like I say I've not spoken to them about it, I'm just thinking aloud, and I'm guessing anywhere in Canada has got to be better than left the other side of the pond in the UK.

Size I don't know, but I will find out... I have a feeling it's something like a sideboard but I really don't know.

Have a think about it, if you are happy to discuss it with them, maybe the best things to do is put the two of you in touch and take it from there... I'm more than happy to help shifting stuff about this end.
