is the Honda DN01 (deauville engined super scoot) legal for leaners in that there Englandshire?

Nope - restricted to a 125 if you want to ride on your own.. on L plates

I think bikes can be restricted but only by half. So if you needed 33 bhp the most original power would be a claimed 66. The whole learner thing is a minefield. JJH
