is there an anti-seize to work on a bicycle seat post stuck in the frame?

as above, an aluminium seat post stuck in a steel frame [I know, I know...]. the local bike shop suggested something called plus gas through the water boss bolt hole [for a month or two...]. Any other suggestions?
 
In addition to the releasall - play a hot air gun on the external tube (frame), starting below where the seat stem reaches. The frame should expand slightly more than the seat stem.
 
Clamp the seat post in a bench vice and try to rotate the frame about the post.

Also, in addition to tapping the stem is it possible to get some pipe grips on it and try very gently twisting it a bit at a time, turning one way then back again? I was able to get a stuck ABS sensor out without damage by that method.

Mix some ATF or other very light oil and some brake cleaner/acetone etc. Best anti-seize fluid ever.
Heat the post up with a hot air gun / hair dryer first.
Put a few drops of the fluid on the joint.
Few taps with a soft faced mallet.
Start wiggling.
Repeat.

thanks all, Plusgas fermenting away in the frame at the moment. I will let you know how i get on.
