No not for the "ethnic" kind, but I would appreciate some advice for a friend who does a lot of travelling, mainly in this country.
I recently persuaded him to purchase a laptop and drag himself into the 20th century. As a priest, he has internet access through a wireless network at his home presbytery but wants his own e-mail address and access when moving around, not normally staying at places with internet access. He also needs to be able to download attachments etc.
I assume he therefore needs to get himself a dial up ISP with an email address, he has a mobile phone although I don't know which network or type of tariff.
Confirmation that this is correct and suggestions as to ISPs would be appreciated
