It is clear from the rust seen in the photos that you didn't wash it, polish it and then wrap it up in cotton wool each time you used it, therefore your warranty is void....

Strip the beast down and send me the rod to weld up and I'll send it back free of charge(unless I completely feck it up, then it goes in the scrap bin)

You should have upgraded to the forged conrod version it handles the revs better 
I forgot all about that, which means that the warrenty has already expired.
