I don't know if anyone from BMW ever reads this board but I can't believe that they have allowed Jacksons Garage in Jersey (& Guernsey) to have the bike franchise for so long.
They are far and away the worst bike dealer on earth. As a company, they make Touratech UK look good by comparison!
Several bikers from both islands regularly travel over to CWs or Ocean to buy bikes or have them serviced rather than deal with Jacksons.
I called in to them again whilst in Jersey last week and am still amazed that BMW have let them keep the franchise when they are completely disinterested in selling bikes and do so much damage to BMW's image and reputation.
Perhaps BMW are finally waking up the business they are losing through these idiots an dwill appoint a new separate dealer soon.
