Anyone see Joanna Lumley searching for the northern lights in Norway last night on TV (Sunday 7 Sept), did you notice she was using a 60CSx to find the Arctic Circle? :D
 
I watched that when I came back from the pub, thought it rather good liked the whole green glow and all that... was it my beer goggles or is Lummers starting to look abit rough around the edges?

she's got to be ticking on...:augie

Top totty in her day...but you're right, time hasn't been to kind with her but then that could be said for several.... She must be about 62/3
I enjoyed the program as it is on top of my must see list also.....

I don't know what you expect a 62 year old woman to look like but I think she's doing pretty well for her age. Post a pic of yourself when you reach that age and we'll make a comparison between you and Ms Lumley.

I thought she looked pretty good. :thumb. Bear in mind it was -26c a lot of the time. I don't know about you guys but I was in Toronto once when it was -26c and my face shrivelled up in the harsh cold air and I was 28 at the time.

Why do you think they were hanging the cod out to dry in that harsh air. Give the lady a break :aidan
 
When she got of the plane in Svalbard (Far, far North) it was -60, she took a breath and you could see it was a shock, ‘like breathing knives’ she said :eek:
