I'm job hunting at the moment and got a call over the weekend offering me a position in Dubia.
I haven't had a face to face interview, so they have no idea what I'm like and more importantly I've no idea what the company offering the job is like.
Is this the normal way of doing things in Dubia?
There seems to be a a fair amount of work on offer over there, however the "recruitment agencies" are beginning to sound like "time share" salesmen, offering jobs with good packages (tax free salaries/free accommodation/car/health ins etc.).
Is the "grass greener" in Dubia?
What are the pitfalls?
Does anyone have any good/bad experiences of working out there that they what to share?
Kaycee
PS I'm in the construction industry, which is going through a bad patch in the UK, is Dubia going to suffer the "global downturn" in the near future? (I'd hate to up-root the family and move out there if it wasn't going to last)
