Pencil me in please Paul. A lot depends on workload over the next week, but its looking promising - and I will probably be on the bike for a change. :thumb2

S**t, working on that day, any chance of delaying a week:o ???? Worth trying, don't ask, don't get:D !!!! I did ride in the storm last month!!!????

If not, i hope you all have a great night with better weather!

Just been told it's going to rain tomorrow :(

Oh well :mmmm two dround rats arriving at the abercrave about seven pm thursday evening.

Might be three if I can persuade a mate to come along. He's not quite so keen to get his nice blue 1150 wet:augie

Val.

Jill and I expect to be able to make it, but in the car, she's had enough of bikes for a little while - there we were, about 6th in a line of 17 bikes (Allan Davies was one of the others) bumbling along a rough old road in Ireland at about 50mph when we hit a subsidence dip in the road immediately followed by a hump back bridge, I automatically stand up as the bike takes off :augie - both wheels off the ground for about 50m, :thumb landed front wheel first whooping with delight :D - this was followed immediately by numerous thumps in the back & ribs and some unintelligible screaming from somewhere close behind :spitfire :mcgun :spitfire :nenau

Sorry guys and gals I won't be there this evening, not feeling 100%.

Have a good one.

Just arrived back Paul - 14 there IIRC. :thumb2

Arrived on the dot of 7.30pm - my plate arrived at 9.35pm. :eek

Hi Taff,

Sorry couldn't get there last night, man flu has set in (it could be a tough one).

Service up to its usual standard then.

How about we look around for another venue for next month in the same sort of area that is suitable for the majority.

Look forward to any ideas.

Funnily enough we were talking about this last night. Humvee I think had a cracking idea - is it possible to have the social night on a Sunday (more people off work etc) then we could possibly combine it with a rideout and meet at different friendly local pubs. With this though, we may need to meet up earlier, but again if its a Sunday the chances are that this wouldn't be a big problem.

Yes, another good night and my first time on a bike for a month following more surgery. I was talking to a guy on the way out and I didn't catch his name. Yellow GS from Dinas Powys. Cheers, enjoyed the chat and the Autocom demo! :thumb

Well its about time we had a weekend get together anyway.

Sunday afternoon/evening is fine by me.

All we need now is a venue

Didn't make this month, work and a half finished y-piece installation put paid to any chance of a night out.

Whilst I like the idea of a Sunday I'm not sure the family would as we like to sit down with the in-laws and have Sunday dinner, or even go away with them in the caravan for the weekend, or so I'm told.

In summary, I'd have more luck making a mid-week date, but then I've only been along once so don't take any notice of me!

FIO: Y-piece now sorted and off for my one weekend a year with my mate this coming weekend....cue floods/torrents/downpours/T&L...oh..it's started already

yes we ought to meet up somewhere!!!:thumb I don't mind different but don't really want to name a place as the food may not be up to standard:potkettle
I am am up for a nice Sunday ride and a carvery, poss to ironbridge (only a thought as normally I just get a messy burger somewhere) as they have a lovely (circa 2005) carvery there opp the bridge name of pub escapes me. Too many brain cells and been destroyed by the Bass  since then!! Gypsy and I even went to a pub on the A483 towards Newtown for lunch, nice big carpark and goodgrub, once again too many Bass have passed my lips so no name.
