Just been given an Apple G4. What do I need?

Actually it's a G3 thats been upgraded to a G4. A freebies a freebie though.

I've got a keyboard with it but no mouse or screen. The video appears to be a standard PCI card. Can I just plug a standard PC screen into it?

yes normal screen no problem

I use a G4 and run OSX on it. Got a mate in singapore to 'burn' me a copy of it. I think it means that if i have a prob i cannae get Apple to fix it, but its so old that if i do have problem it will got to the recycling

There are loads of free Apple software downloads on the apple site...
