OK Guys
Seriously thinking of an LC 1--------the TE model.

Regarding the sat nav mount, am I correct in thinking that both the BMW Nav 1V and the Zummo 660 will both fit the supplied cradle?
Also, does the wheel on the bars work at all with these sat navs ?

Wheel works on the NAV IV & V. works every the touch screen works

Wheel implementation on the Nav V is much better than the Nav IV (in fact everything about the Nav V is better than the Nav IV).

The 660 will fit but it wont connect with the control wheel, to be honest i wouldnt get too hung up on that if you already have a 660 or can get one cheap.

If your eyes are as old as mine, you will find that the Nav-v is much clearer to see, better definition. Also you have lots of choices of digital speedo displays on the V some of them quite large, which is pretty useful.

Having had both....they are the same, the only diff being that the bmw one works with the wheel thang n has a find a bmw main dealer icon on the menu.

Whilst the Nav V is expensive, it is an exceptional GPS, media centre and bike computer. Being able to control it with the wheel is just glorious. I use that wheel often on rides, more than you'd think.

I agree, the wheel thingy is brill, can flick between oversized speed/temp/fuel/engine temperature (presettable) & maps in one easy motion..
