Just got my service kit for annual service.

Hi lads!

Just got my service kit for annual service.

Fuel filter
Air filter
Oil filter
2 spark plugs

and 5 seals (washers): 2 rubber and 3 metal.

I suppose 2 metal are for spark plugs.
How and where can I use others?

How big are the metal ones? They could be gearbox and bevel box crush washers?

I'd have thought the sparkies would have their own washers attached...

The plugs should have squish washers on them. The copper crush washers in your kit are for the gearbox and bevel drive.

The 3 metal ones are crush washers . 1 for your sump plug, one for your final drive fill plug and the other for the final drive drain.

Now what I want to know is what are the 2 rubber ones for .....?

Rubber O rings are for the fuel filter replacement.To replace the one on tank when you remove fuel filter etc assembly.

Aha....cheers for that. I'm from the 'if it ain't broke fix it till it is' school so I better check mine sometime now I know it can be fettled with

if they're the small rubber "O" rings, they're for the oil filler cap
