Just purchased an HP2, advice please

Hi

I have just agreed to purchase an 07 HP2 with 15 miles on the clock for £8995 from SBW.

It has no extras on it and as i intend to use it for what is was intended ie off road and enduros i was wondering if it needs any additions.

Any real road riding tips would be appreciated

At least our HP2 price theory on a 6000 mile used 06 was correct

I put frame spiders on mine made no difference got scratches all over....now just cane it about that's want it wants.....

I have a wunderlich extra tank for sale if your interested?

If you are going to use it off-road, get a better bash-plate and cylinder head protection.

Other than that, get it dirty and have fun!

enjoy it , disconnect the side stand switch if not already done
and dont cry when you get a few scratches on the heads and headers
dont throw too much water up through the snorkle into the air box
if used off road get rim locks for the back wheel

Plus you might consider some bar risers to make it more comfortable stood up.
