I've got the R100RS bottom end that came in my R90S, which is from 1981. Any use?

These bottem ends are meant to last forever- what sort of oil were you using?

The original engine for my bike was trashed before I got it (7 years ago) and had been fitted with a well used 1981 bottom end. Unfortunately it was bodged together. I've weighed the conrods and they're 20grams different in weight so it's a real mish mash of parts. It's been great though and I've had a lot of use out of it. The bikes covered 90k and the engine is pretty much worn out so I've pulled the engine down for a full rebuild.

I "might" have a set of crankcases, I'll check later... iirc they still have the engine number on them ..

I've sent the original crank cases to motoren Israel to have the damaged oil pump housing repaired so I should be able to get the original block back in. Get the crank ground, bores replated and it should see me out.
