The bike looks great, the same as mine which is also just a few weeks old, albeit a bit dirtier following an unplanned diversion across a muddy field last night!
I am very interested to find out what modifications you have done. I notice the oil cooler, which one is that, it doesn't look like the Touratech one?
Also what lights have you added? It looks like you have two different lights on each side, is that right? What light bar have you used and how are the lights set, ie are they on dipped, just on with main beam etc.
I would appreciate your input as after my little "incident" last night I agree with many others on here that the standard lights are no good for country roads at night, even on main beam.
Right where shall I start?
Lights.....the bottom ones are Hella Micro DE fogs, wired in via the most excellant Nippy Norman Autoswitch which utilizes the indicator cancel button to switch them on or off. They are used as daytime running lights and also to improve dipped beam at night.
The top set are Hella FF50 driving lights wired in via the main beam circuit and with my own glare deflector fitted to the top of them.
All the lights are mounted onto a MiGSel bar that was powdercoated satin black first.
Then they are all connected via the excellant BTBR loom and fitted by a true craftsman.....namely me!
50% brighter bulbs added to every forward facing light on the bike just to make sure I can see where I am going.
The indicator bulbs have been replaced with the silver ones that flash orange, hence they now do not look like fried eggs on stalks at each corner of the bike.
Nippy Norman Lite Buddies fitted inside the rear indicators.
Pyramid rear hugger.
Reyno Oil Cooler Guard, class piece of kit.
Touratech headlight cover, modified to fit under the lip so as to avoid the glare bounching back onto the screen.
Touratech Main Stand plate.
Touratech Lockable Oil Filler
Wunderlich foot mud flaps.
Wunderlich Extenda Fenda.
25mm Wunderlich Handle Bar spacers.
My own designed stone/shit protector bolted to the bash plate to stop debris flying up the front of the engine.
7" x 5" number plate for show purposes only of course.
The Remus Y-piece, Remus Revolution Ti can and the K & N air filter are all sat waiting in the side wings for a guest appearance right after the first service.
Other than that its all standard really...........
I can sort you out with lights and maybe fitting etc, mail me on [email protected] or call me on 07761 786828
Cheers
