No changes of any significance in the 2013 update.

A shortened windscreen, orange paintwork and some black detailing.

Not enough to lose sleep over.

No revision to the airflow through the radiator?

Apparently not.

Nor, on inspection, is there an easy way to get the louvred vent off, without removing all the front and side panels of the fairing.

My solution, is to vacuum it out on a regular basis.... Or not ride it
