Help again!!!

OK, before I take the lid back to BVM as a faulty one...

ISSUE 1:
I can find the helmet as a headset for the phone and pair with it. when an incoming call comes along, I can here the ringing in the helmet. The helmets green LED stops blinking and stays on (showing connection?) but I cannot hear the call, nor can the caller hear me through the helmet. Trying to turn the helmet volume control up or down, makes no difference. When the caller, or I hang up, the green LED stays steadily on (surely it should go back to idle (blinking LED).

ISSUE 2:
Can I listen to the MP3's that are on the phone through the helmet via bluetooth? If yes..... HOW???

i can't see how any Bluetooth phone could send music..i could be wrong though i can't find a setting to send music sounds by bluetooth on my W800i
which is basically the same phone with different software and cover on it
