Kappa 33litre panniers

Hi all,
Interested to hear if anyone has a set of the Kappa KGR33 or KGR46 panniers?

I know Kappa are a cheaper version of Givi and Givi make the Trekker 33 & 46 litre panniers with the two part lid.

The Kappa panniers can be purchased a fair bit cheaper than the trekker boxes and still be fitted to the Givi frames.

Just been looking at prices and there doesn't seem any difference between Kappa and GIVI?

Quite a bit cheaper if ordered from some of the Italian dealers on e-bay, but not much in it if purchased over here.
