How do you keep all the muck off the back of your 12GSA?
On my 1150GS I removed the crap catcher thing from the final drive and fitted a bit of TT lunacy to extend the number plate. I'm not sure if doing this made a jot of difference.
I did the Welsh Rally on my 12GSA at the weekend and the rain and mud resulted in the back of the bike being absolutely covered in red mud. I have a Mudsling fitted which saved the ESA unit from a mud bath but the top box was so filthy that I took it into the Travelodge and gave it a shower.
So, suggestions for how to let the filth escape in the airflow rather than being swept up around and over the back of the bike would be so welcome.
TIA
Richard
