Just my Keis heated vest back to BB for a replacement after discovering on first ride that the wires were fraying where the lead goes into the jacket. Blew a few fuses before I worked out what was wrong!

Anyone had this or did I just get a duff jacket?

We have 2 and they regularly blow the fuses. Had panels in the jackets shut down and a replacement sent. Great when they are working - not often enough but good a windstopper in fairness.

I will shop elsewhere next time or try fixing it properly myself.

Turns out heat controller was dead too...

Speedy replacement jacket from Bykebitz but turns out my heat controller was dead too. Now have working ensemble but be I agree...flaky build quality. They are repairable though. My X4 is still going after 6 individual repairs to the wiring.

Keis....pull your finger out and produce higher quality kit!

Same here. It seems the 'flex' they use to wire the jackets isn't flexible enough. It seems quite hard, almost plastic like. Something more rubber like would last better.
