Anyone else go to this pile of steaming rip off (£12.00) shite excuse for a show this weekend?
Well seeing they charge you before you actually enter the gate.
Then again you do get access to various burger vans and motorcycle jumble.
I will not be going back there:mad:

Just got back

I'm with you there, a complete load of you know what. Paid £21 each for the weekend camping, not much put on during the day band venue wasn't great, the stalls that were (not many of em) there shut up shop early on Saturday due to lack of interest and nothing much going on at night if you didn't go to watch the bands. £6.00 for a breakfast and over priced burger vans all over. Toilet facilities just about coped.

Only thing going for it company :beerjug: was great :oonyack weather was fine pubs in Kelso had some good

Considering it was billed as the biggest show in Scotland I'd hate to see a small one......I won't be there next year.

Went up on Sunday no wonder they didn't put the price on the website.
£24 entry for the wife and I, £5 for 2 coffees, and £7.50 for two burgers and a bottle of water.
We were in the show for all of 60 minutes, compared with 4 or 5 years ago the show was very poor. The choice of stalls was limited and the majority of the clothing stores were of a certain ilk (which seem to be doing the rounds of all the shows ).
I'm sorry but how the hell does anyone think that a £25 unbranded helmet and an unknown make £20 jacket will give you any protection in a spill !
I will however, be going down to Lotherton Hall at the end of the month for the VJMC show, entry is a few quid for charity , there is always a good selection of stalls and the best bit is the car park with all the older bikes.
May even take the Kat down to that one

They'll barely protect you from a £2.50 coffee - spill :eek

Shit event, unless you go mob-handed with a van-load of BBQ food and beer and make it weekend piss-up.

Band was good last year (Limehouse Lizzy) though :thumb2

Al :)
