Tried 1GB Kingston CF in Garmin 2610 and it worked ok so must be Nav 2 problem

Thanks for that - I was on the verge of buying one last week from Digital Depot for £55 when I saw there might be a problem. I'll go ahead & get one now.

Just seen savastore.com's price of £47.45, so I'll order one from them instead. I bought an SD card from them last week (less than £30 for 512MB SD card) for my compact camera and it was delivered in 2 days.

My 1mb Kingston flash still wont work in my 2610, but it was only £33 from dabs.

Have you actually tried the card out in enything else, like a camera? Just occasionally there are faulty cards about. I once got a Fuji 256 MB card that would not work in either of my cameras. It was exchanged without question, and I've never had any bother with any others.

Hello Charls card works fine in the card reader sanding data to and from.

Tried Kingston 1GB CF in another 2610 today it works fine will try and get an answer from B*W about why there update for Kingston CF is not working.
