Knowledge of Final Drive swaps on R1150GS (in UK)

I've been a bit underwhelmed by the response to my little note saying that I had fitted an 850GS final drive to my 1150GS.

Has anyone else done this in UK or, perhaps more to the point, even HEARD of anyone else doing it??

(Was going to post a poll but don't know how!)

to up gear it

Richard, a close friend of mine did the same conversion to his 1150 last year. He ended up writing an article for our club magazine. It's a two page word document, I could email it to you if you wish.
