I recieved a letter today from A gent named Brian Giles he was a senior bmw technician@ L&C he has set up on his own & is trading as BGM he can carry out service & repairs,mot's the lot!.
I can't say how good he is as I do not know him but it's good to have another choice out there.

He will not be getting my business.
Twice I had my gearbox rebuilt at L & C and I assume it was him wot did it. They lasted 16.5K & 2.5K miles before needing attention again!!!

I had Brian do some work on my 650GS and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He's got an excellent set up, even though he works from his garage at home, and has all the necessary kit - in fact his workshop looks tidier than my kitchen ( no comments thank you!).
Brian is one of the few BMW trained senior technicians and also races bikes for fun, so suffice to say he knows his stuff . On top of that he doesnt charge extortionate BMW hourly rates, and has managed to wind up Howard - that's good enough for me.
