Not sure..

I might be out on the bike this weekend too so will keep an eye out.. I am bit further away than Tim is, at 40miles ish..

It is a lovely area. Can certainly recommend blwch-y-groes (pass of the cross) and a trip to lake vernwy.. An old ride report here

Also slightly more recent trip report but worse weather. Here hope you enjoy!

Should be a few bikes passing through the area next Saturday Welsh Air Ambulance run Cardiff to Chester.

Just back from a week there. The two back roads to lake Vynrys (was that how it was spelt?) to the east, 1 from north of lake Bala & 1 from the south, were both outstanding - I think the southern road claimed to be the highest road pass in Britain. Take your walking boots; the Aranigs & Arans are unknown gems.

I used to live on the side of Arenig Fawr, you may have seen the cottages opposite the green tin chapel and red phone box:) I used to regularly walk and sometimes bike over the mountains there:thumb
