Lands End This Weekend

Unless anyone has a better suggestion/route plan. If anyone is interested in joining me.......

I'll be leaving Carmarthen at the crack of Sparrows fart on Friday morning.
Leaving Abergavenny bus station 8.30am
Gordano Services 10am.
Routing down M5 as far as Taunton then cross country for a bit before picking up the A30 at Launceston. Arriving hopefully, in time for a pint before tea!

So me idea of who to expect (if any) would be appreciated.

Kind of depends which way the wind blows doesn't it? - we could well see you at Lands End

I'm going but calling in at Ocean Plymouth on the way so I'll see you down there or somewhere on route.

I thought it was only 1200 owners who needed to pre-book their breakdowns?

Decided to leave calling at Ocean for another day, if you are coming off at Taunton Junc 25 you'll drive through Wiveliscombe.

I'll be leaving Wivey at about 11, could meet you at the cafe in the square. Past the Totem poles, over the roundabout, lights turn right 50 yds into the square.

Wivey - Tiverton - Crediton - Oakhampton - A30 - and then I was thinking I would come off the A30 just past Indian Queens and drop down to St Mawes on the B3275 and A3078 for lunch and a beer on the harbour at about 2, then over the Trelissick ferry - A39 - Helston - Penzance - Treen for about 430.

Or just carry straight on down the A30.

It's OKEHAMPTON.......
It's nicer going Crediton, Turn off on A3072 for [road goes straight on for OKE and changes number to A3124] Sampford Courtenay and then Exbourne then Jacobstowe, Follygate and back on A30 at Sourton, Miss out Oke and pass my front door@ Exbourne
