Funny you posted this !

This was on a Brazilian road going to Campos de Jordao on the BMW Motorrad Days meeting in May of this year.

It looks like his suspension has bottomed out and he lost traction. I wonder if he forgot to set it for two up? Always bad to see a bike go down.

I know for a fact that both pilot and pillion came out ok, as did the bike. No one got hurt !

Would be better to have a meter to measure the skiddies in your undies

Ok so its an Inclinometer with a fancy name. Look like an accident waiting to happen given the temptation to take your eyes off the road and look at a gadget. Mount it where you cant see it but in view of a camera for later analysis if you really must have one...

As standard it will not showing reading until the cornering event is over, it then holds that reading until it senses the subsequent cornering event when it clears the display until that corner is complete.. So no temptation to check it out whilst traversing a roundabout ..

Mind you, there is the other option where it will display live info all the time..........

I though the navigator 5 had lean angle facility but i have never found it and to be honest do you really need it on an adventure bike?

Cant you get the same result by putting lead shot on the end of your 'bar end tassles? :nenau
