I have an intermittent fault. My left hand indicator starts working all my it’s self and only way to turn it off is press right indicator then put hazards on them turn them off. Anybody else had any prob’s like this i have tryed just leaving it on to see if self cancelling kicks in but it just keeps on flashing

Sounds like there may be a short of some sort in the LHS switch cluster.

I had this, it was intermittent and turned out to be a faulty left switch, no fault was registered in the computer so they could not diagnose it or repeat the fault in the workshop, after 3 visits they finally agreed to change the switch

I had this, and in addition, the right indicator would come on by itself. With my bike, they found a fault code, and replaced the right hand indicator switch.

A bloody dangerous fault which nearly caused me to be knocked off by a car...
