I've just bought and fitted a Leo Vince exhaust to my 12 plate Sertao. Very easy to fit and all seems OK except for one issue.

There is slight movement of the whole exhaust / riser pipe / silencer assembly (1 or 2 mm); when I deliberately twist the new silencer at the back end.

In a way this is not too surprising as the whole assembly is now only fixed at 2 points .... 1.) the engine and 2.) the clamp attached to the frame fixing point for the OEM silencer. The OEM set up (silencer + cat ) is fixed at 3 points, so is a lot more solid.

Also, where the riser pipe goes into the silencer inlet; it is quite a slack fit … this of course explains the movement of the silencer.

I have not yet got the new exhaust really hot, so possibly the slack fit at the silencer may close-up when running at high temperature ?

I have the same set up, it will tighten up a little with the heat, but as long as there are no leaks it should be ok. You could also apply a little sealing paste to the joint if you want more peace of mind, but if it's not leaking I wouldn't be concerned.
