Letting/Estate agent

I have a small apartment in Leek that I want to let out. I have been using an estate agent in Macclesfield for the last few years but recently they have hiked up their fee's to ridiculous levels, and they are also crap!

Can anyone recommend an alternative agent?

I need an agent as I live in Ireland.
