lights not working on exc450

front & rear lights are not working on my bike

have checked connections, and obviously the bulbs!

no fuse on light system

brake light & horn works

any ideas what the problem can be??

Riding the M25 with a torch strapped to your helmet may not be a good idea!

If neither front nor rear works, the problem is likely to be in the wiring before it splits front/rear.

Try the switch.

Did check but will have another look at the switch

after a lot of testing, it was the switch.

the thing was sealed and now I know why, after spending an hour searching the garage floor for a couple of small springs and ball bearings it went back together and just about works. At least I know what wires to short if it packs in.
