Local engineering company sought

I'm changing the front end on my bike and need some parts fabricating.

I thought I had it sorted with a company in Derby, but they've been unhelpful, vague and after chasing it up yesterday, they haven't sourced the materials for the job yet.

I've also been in touch with a couple of local firms. GDK Engineering were really helpful and can do it, but the cost is prohibitively high and I will have to find the 7075 ally and stainless steel. Lesk engineering haven't come back with a price so I presume they don't want the work.

Can anyone recommend any other small engineering companies or individuals, local to Worcester or Kidderminster, that may be able to help? I'm working in Worcester this week so can happily go and meet to discuss it. After this week I'm working in Ledbury for the following 3 weeks, so it will be more difficult to visit locally.

Edit:- I'm doing the Big Bike event at Sweet Lamb on 8th April so that's my deadline to get the bike back together.

Try Chartered Engineering in Redditch on 01527 584187, his name is Paul, a biker who does a lot of work for bike restorations and loads of other stuff.

Beware though he can talk the hind legs off a donkey.

A long shot but you could try some of the proper fabricator custom bike builders (not the guys who just bolt stuff from catalogues together)
