Local (ish) test rides?

Hello fellow Tossers

Still looking for my first GS but would like to test ride at least one or two before making up my mind between the 1150GS and the 1150GSA. Does anyone here know of any dealers within a couple of hours drive of Manchester\Lancashire with these models available?

Alan Jefferies in Shipley, Yorks normally have a few 1150s in, can certainly vouch for them being top class dealers IMHO.

They had a few in stock when I was in this afternoon

Jefferies are probably the best dealers in West Yorkshire, but you'll need a large wallet to shop there as they're f*ckin' expensive

The info I needed was here all along....if only I'd have taken the time to find it on the "Links" page - Thanks Colban!

Now all I have to decide is whether or not to buy from a dealer in the hope of getting at least some kind of warranty, or go private and spend the difference on possible repairs.

try southport super bikes there bmw range is the biggest i have ever seen.I went down on sunday to collect my 56 plate adventure (yes sunday they open) they knock spots off any other bmw dealer.ps will discount if you ask...
