Lately my provider (talk talk) have been sending me ads for their dating site,
I was on this two years ago which I assume is why the've started trying to recrut me!. (learnt my lesson now having to do what I'm told!!) (this site should carry a heaith warning! ) nop, jokijng dear honest! anyway if I get up their e-mail the screen locks up! cannot move anything at all have to turn it off and re boot the thing and avoid touching the e mail. How can I delete these things?.
Any advice apriciated.

whether you use gmail, hotmail, MSOutlook etc, you will be able to either mark the sender as junk mail or block the sender.

Right click on the email and see what the menu options appear.

I take it you have already tried unsubscribing? (there should be a link or statement of how to do this as the very bottom of the email in very small writing)

Ta, will try this, I unsubscribed about three years ago with the punish ment handed out! (she's still in bed so far so peace full!) Happy new year and will now sort this ouyt hopfully!.
