Locking ram mount. Help.

When I bought my bike it was fitted with a ram mount with the locking part on it. I unlocked it last night to adjust the position of the GPS and now it won't lock again. I can't turn the key in any direction, so it can only be tightened but not locked. Am I missing anything ? Help please. Thanks.

I would resort to wd40 and some gentle wiggling (of the key) it sounds like it's just sized from not beeing used. I have no direct knoledge of the mount but you could try pushing it in as you turn it. JJH

Thanks JJH I took your advice and tried wd40 straight into the lock. Now working perfectly. When it's locked the knob just spins around. It appears that it was never locked and I had left the Zumo in it .
